nGAGE Talent have won the Most Effective Back Office Operations award at the 2024 Recruiter Awards.

The nGAGE Talent platform was recognised for how it provides scalability, reliability and efficiency for each of the brands in the nGAGE Group to operate wherever they are in the world. The specialist functions in the platform help the Group navigate regulations encompassing recruitment, contracts, working hours and employee rights across dozens of countries whilst dealing with the processing of thousands of invoices, timesheets, HR and IT requirements.

A special mention was also made to nGAGE’s AI-powered marketing automation which has screened 500,000 applications, reducing consultant time by 75%.  Candidates passing screening receive twice-daily job alerts, accelerating placements and generating £8m gross profit.
