nGAGE Specialist Recruitment has acquired Setsquare.

Established in 1987, Setsquare operates from six offices throughout the UK, focusing solely within two core areas of the built environment - construction and maintenance.

Setsquare will be headed up by managing director, David Trotman, who will be leading the business and continuing its development. Trotman has been involved with Setsquare for around a year; he previously owned a consultancy business and nGAGE say it is through this business that he became involved with Setsquare.

nGAGE CEO, Tim Cook, commented, "It is great to bring such an established business into the Group. They operate in a sector that we know very well, strengthening out offering in a number of locations. The acquisition signifies the next phase of our development and having worked closely with David throughout the process, I am confident that Setsquare will continue to develop under his leadership, providing more and more opportunities for staff at all levels."
