nGAGE Specialist Recruitment has launched Ignition People, a new start-up that will connect specialist IT development & data talent with opportunities across Europe and the D/A/CH Region.

Building on the nGAGE group's shared knowledge model, and with CEO Jack Shadwell's 12 years of experience in the IT recruitment space, Ignition People will offer a service with a deep understanding of the complexities of the data and development sector. In turn, this will enable them to provide tailored recruitment solutions to an array of companies, from early stage start-ups to established international corporates.

By positioning itself in the rapidly growing D/A/CH IT market, Ignition People has access to high demand, high growth sectors across Germany and Switzerland. The launch will also see the strengthening of nGAGE's offering in the STEM sector coinciding with the recent acquisition of GCS Recruitment.
